Answer-

There is presence of a depression or sulcus denoting absence of humeral head from glenoid in cases of shoulder dislocation - Sulcus sign.

Wrinkle sign is found in foot or ankle injuries with huge swelling. The return of normal wrinkles of foot represents reduction of edema and swelling thus operative intervention can be started, so this return of normal wrinkles is termed 'wrinkle sign'

Gravity or Godfrey test is for clinicl testing of PCL (posterior cruciate ligament) injury. The knee in ninety degree when held from foot , the tibia sags due to gravity suggestive of PCL laxity following injury.

Drop arm sign represents Full thickness Rotator Cuff Tear. An abducted arm can not be held in the position by the patient and arm drops to side.
