Coxa magna is enlargement and deformation of femoral head and

coxa plana is severe destruction with flattening of femoral head in disorders like Perthes disease ( Legg-Calve-Perthes disease).

Coxa breva results from short femoral neck in same disorder.

Coxa saltans, on the other hand is synonymous with 'Snapping hip' due to various causes as extrinsic and intrinsic to hip joint.

Extrinsic causes include abnormal tendon gliding over bony prominence like lesser trochanter etc.
